Abstract
In der rheumatologischen Praxis treten immer wieder Situationen auf, die eine umgehende Entscheidung des Rheumatologen erfordern, um bleibende Schäden vom Patienten abzuwenden. Insbesondere handelt es sich um fulminant verlaufende entzündliche Erkrankungen, schwere Nebenwirkungen durch zahlreiche Medikamente oder auch Infektionskomplikationen unter einer immunsuppressiven Therapie.
